Shipping Policy — Helping Hands Gallery
Processing Time All orders are carefully prepared and packaged by hand. Please allow a few business days for your order to be processed and packed before it ships. Fragile and large pieces require extra care in packaging to ensure they arrive safely.
Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier selected for your order will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your piece.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination.
Fragile & Oversized Items All ceramics, sculptures, and fragile works are packed with professional-grade materials to protect them during transit. For large or particularly delicate pieces, we may use specialty packaging or freight shipping. You will be notified if this applies to your order.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged Items We take great care in packaging every piece. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@helpinghandsgallery.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Local Pickup & Events Local pickup may be available at select gallery events. Please contact us in advance to arrange pickup at Info@helpinghandsgallery.com.
